About The Position
Our practice is a dynamic patient centered primary care environment that integrates comprehensive family medicine services with a Walk-In-Clinic. We are proud to support our team of 18 family medicine providers and 4 walk-in clinic providers, working collaboratively to deliver accessible high-quality care to our community. Our clinic support team is highly skilled and cross trained to work seamlessly across both family medicine and walk in clinic settings ensuring flexibility continuing of care and efficient patient flow this model allows us to effectively meet both scheduled and same day patient needs while maintaining a strong focus on patient experience and clinical excellence. We foster a team-oriented culture that emphasizes collaboration, adaptability, and professional growth. Team members benefit from the exposure to a wide range of patient care scenarios supporting skills development across multiple service lines. Our practice is committed to operational excellence, quality outcomes, and delivering compassionate care in a fast pace of supportive environments.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required within 90 Days
Responsibilities
- Acts as a team member in the delivery of quality patient care under the supervision of a Provider or Registered Nurse (RN) in the examination and treatment of patients to facilitate clinic flow and provide excellent patient care.
- Performs basic skills per department guidelines and policies; communicate observations to members of the health care team.
