About The Position

This team member will serve in a clinical and clerical role within the Outpatient Clinics, specifically for the Pediatric Intensive Feeding Program. Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, offering diverse care options. The role involves delivering quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Provider, as well as providing clerical support for complex matters to assist in value-driven healthcare services. Tasks include patient rooming, collecting and reporting vitals and other health information, stocking, cleaning, documentation, and administrative functions such as patient check-in/out, scheduling appointments, and insurance authorization.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required within 90 Days

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of Insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, electronic health records, lab service support experience
• 2 years of clinical care experience

Responsibilities
