About The Position

This role is part of a comprehensive heart and vascular team that works collaboratively to care for patients from early stages of cardiovascular care to those requiring advanced treatments. This position acts as a team member in delivering quality patient care under the supervision of a Provider or Registered Nurse (RN). The role facilitates clinic flow and provides excellent patient care by performing basic skills per department guidelines and policies, communicating observations to the healthcare team, rooming patients, collecting vitals, and assisting in minor office procedures. Additional duties include EPIC in-basket work, processing FMLA and short-term disability paperwork, and answering phones.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required within 90 Days

Responsibilities
