About The Position
Lead a growing ambulatory pharmacy service line, overseeing operations, strategy, and program development across primary and specialty clinics. Co-lead 35+ FTEs, partner with leadership, and drive clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and billing optimization.
Requirements
- PharmD from an ACPE-accredited program
- PGY2 ambulatory care, HSPAL, or equivalent experience
- Eligible for Indiana licensure
- Demonstrated leadership experience
