About The Position

This position exists to manage the daily operations of patient care and resources in a defined patient care program, area or clinic. The scope of accountability for the specific responsibilities varies related to individual unit and program needs. • Requires knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age and development levels of the patients served.

• Requires Bachelors degree in Nursing at time of hire effective February 24, 2013.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Basic Life Support certification required. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
