Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
  • RN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin upon hire
  • 3-4 years nursing experience with proven experience in training/education

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement quality control and monitoring processes.
  • Oversee daily work and scheduling.
  • Support staff training and development.
