This position will require travel between Grand Rapids and Rockford locations. No two days are the same in our Urgent Care Float role. You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple locations, caring for a wide variety of patients with diverse healthcare needs. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required within 90 Days

Responsibilities

• Acts as a team member in the delivery of quality patient care under the supervision of a Provider or Registered Nurse (RN) in the examination and treatment of patients to facilitate clinic flow and provide excellent patient care.
• Performs basic skills per department guidelines and policies; communicate observations to members of the health care team.
• Rooming patients, collecting vitals, and assisting in minor office procedures.
• EPIC In basket work.
• Processing FMLA and short-term Disability work.
• Answering phones.
