About The Position
HCSC linen services is an innovative provider of textile programs and services to the healthcare community. Our services directly impact the health and safety of the patients by providing healthcare facilities with top-quality linen services. We sort, process, and deliver linen for every healthcare need. We are seeking a Route Service Driver for our Ambulatory Care Division in Baltimore, MD. This position delivers HCSC programs and services to ambulatory care facilities, outpatient centers, clinics, surgi-centers and physician offices via non-CDL trucks in an assigned customer territory. Duties include, but not limited to customer relationship building, customer retention, and inventory management.
Requirements
- High school diploma / GED required
- Valid and clear driver's license is required
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
- Prompt arrival and regular attendance is mandatory
- Successful completion of background check, motor vehicle record, DOT physical and drug screen
Nice To Haves
- previous customer service experience preferred
- availability to work overtime as needed
- Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- On-site inventory management in your assigned customer territory.
- Completes and turns in all required paperwork in a timely manner
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
