About The Position

The resident performs the duties of a clinical pharmacist in accordance with the Clinical Pharmacist job description. Perform duties defined in the associated specialty's Lahey PGY2 Residency Program Manual to meet the Standards defined by the American Society of Health System Pharmacists. These duties will support that the resident achieves an advanced degree of proficiency and expertise In- Patient Care Leadership and Management; Medication Utilization; Teaching, Education, and Dissemination of Knowledge.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
License Pharmacist required.
0-1 years related work experience required.
Completion and certificate from an accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program
Licensed Pharmacist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; or eligible for licensure (reciprocity or examination) on initiation of the program and then licensed within 90 days from the start of the residency.
Experience with computer systems required, including web based applications and some Microsoft Office applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access.
