Requirements

  • Candidate must be based in the metropolitan area of our hub city Richmond, VA.
  • 2+ years in Inside Sales, focused on growing a territory
  • 1+ years of prospecting and cold calling
  • Experience managing and growing existing accounts
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales
  • Ability to influence decisions and build relationships over the phone
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Goldmine, ACT) is helpful
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with cold calling, negotiation, and closing sales is a bonus
  • Background in primary care, podiatry, orthopedics, or EMS is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed territory sales and gross profit goals
  • Increase revenue by closing sales and identifying new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Make a minimum of 3+ hours of sales and cold calls daily
  • Refer customers to online ordering or customer service to maximize sales time
  • Develop account strategies and territory plans to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with marketing to create custom programs and materials
  • Support company-wide sales initiatives with feedback and market insights
  • Continuously improve your sales skills through training and self-study
  • Sells the company’s medical and surgical products via telephone to prospective and/or existing customers such as doctor's offices, healthcare facilities, ambulance services etc.
  • Responds to customer inquiries, processing orders and generating additional sales.
  • Capitalize on customer experience and satisfaction to achieve the sales targets.
  • Qualifies and follows up with sales leads.
  • May direct customers to website or other company resources for information.
  • Works independently but as part of a team accumulating knowledge of product line and solutions.
