As an Ambassador at JLL, you will be the welcoming face of our retail center, providing outstanding service to guests and visitors. Serving as a property expert, you will guide guests to retailers, dining, and local attractions. Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, welcoming demeanor.
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with digital technology, including Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
Comfort in approaching guests and working collaboratively, as we believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time, unless a reasonable accommodation has been granted.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of experience in hospitality, concierge services, or premium retail.

Responsibilities

Welcoming guests warmly and providing accurate directions to retailers, dining, and local attractions.
Utilizing an "above and beyond" approach to assist guests and proactively support property initiatives.
Maintaining the Guest Services Desk with updated maps, brochures, and event literature.
Building strong relationships with retailers to support property programs and gift card sales.
Keeping up-to-date with local trends, citywide events, and nearby attractions to better assist visitors.
