About The Position

This is a Regular Full-Time position for an Ambassador in Cripple Creek, CO. The role involves providing information to guests about the Winners Zone club membership, including promotions, specials, and benefits. The Ambassador will also assist guests with club and hotel inquiries, ensuring excellent guest service. Key responsibilities include enrolling new members, updating accounts, reprinting player cards, explaining card usage and benefits, answering phone calls, making hotel reservations, and managing hotel check-ins/check-outs. The position also requires verifying IDs, ensuring compliance with age regulations, and maintaining awareness of club policies. Professional interaction with internal guests and other assigned duties are also part of the role.

Requirements

Exceptional oral communication, guest service, and organizational skills.
Must have a valid and current State of Colorado Gaming License.
Must be at least eighteen years of age.

Responsibilities

Provide information to guests about the benefits of being a Winners Zone club member including promotions, food specials, new sign-up benefits, mail coupons and offers, property amenities/hours of outlets, and all other casino offerings.
Assists internal guests with questions regarding the club and hotel and provides top-notch guest service at all times.
Enroll and create new member accounts accurately and update existing accounts as needed.
Reprint cards as needed by guests on correct card stock based on tier.
Explain how to use a player’s card and all the associated benefits of being a Winners Zone club member.
Answer telephone calls and set up hotel reservations, answer questions, and transfer calls to applicable departments.
Complete hotel check-in/check-outs daily and provide detailed information to guests on property offerings as well as hotel policies, protocol for needs during their stay, and regulations.
Check IDs and wristband guests where applicable to ensure no one under 21 is in the casino.
Ensure awareness of all club policies and procedures.
Professional interaction with internal guests from all departments and other duties as assigned.
