Ambassadors will sell memberships by professionally and enthusiastically presenting the club’s features, benefits, services, programs and fees to potential members in an honest, welcoming and service-oriented manner. They will focus on building relationships with prospective and new members through outreach activity to generate and nurture new membership leads. Ambassadors will participate in local and community events as representatives of the Company to raise public awareness of the club. Ambassadors will be highly visible and approachable in the club, proactively ready to greet, meet, or help a member at any time.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Basic computer skills
  • Thorough understanding of Axiom’s membership packages and incentives
  • Upbeat personality with the ability to connect with new people daily
  • Ability to properly fill out the necessary paperwork and agreements associated with our business

Responsibilities

  • Sell memberships by professionally and enthusiastically presenting the club’s features, benefits, services, programs and fees to potential members in an honest, welcoming and service-oriented manner.
  • Focus on building relationships with prospective and new members through outreach activity to generate and nurture new membership leads.
  • Participate in local and community events as representatives of the Company to raise public awareness of the club.
  • Be highly visible and approachable in the club, proactively ready to greet, meet, or help a member at any time.
