About The Position

Custom Filters Direct is hiring an E-Commerce Specialist / Amazon Listing Specialist to support our growing eCommerce operations. This role focuses on managing listings, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate product data across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be experienced with Amazon Vendor Central and know how to keep listings accurate, active, and performing. This is an on-site position in Bloomsburg, PA. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance. Remote work is not offered.

Requirements

• Experience with Amazon Vendor Central is required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to identify issues and problem-solve effectively
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team

Nice To Haves

• Previous eCommerce or listing management experience preferred
• Experience with additional platforms (Walmart, Target, etc.) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Amazon product listings daily
• Audit listings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Identify and resolve suppressed listings, errors, and discrepancies
• Communicate with Amazon Vendor Central support to resolve issues
• Monitor listing health and performance
• Ensure product data, pricing, and content are up to date
• Support listings across Walmart, Home Depot, Target, and eBay
• Collaborate with internal teams (inventory, marketing, operations)
