About The Position

- The Amazon Marketplace Lead at ODD SOX will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of our Amazon sales channel. This role is pivotal in maximizing revenue, optimizing product listings, and enhancing the overall customer experience on the Amazon platform. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in e-commerce and Amazon-specific strategies to expand our brand presence and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Amazon Marketplace accounts or similar eCommerce platforms.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful online sales strategies.
  • Experience in analyzing sales data and market trends to drive business decisions.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms.
  • Experience in optimizing product listings and managing advertising campaigns on Amazon.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices and Amazon's algorithms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in using analytical tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and other eCommerce platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Amazon marketplace strategy to increase sales and brand visibility.
  • Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring they are accurate, compelling, and adhere to Amazon's best practices and guidelines.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and enhance product discoverability.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment.
  • Stay updated with Amazon policies, algorithm changes, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and generate reports to track progress against sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Amazon account managers and other key stakeholders.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on Amazon marketplace best practices and strategies.
