About The Position

Eccles Express is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Amazon Delivery Drivers. We are a driver-centric company, meaning our managers started as drivers and understand the importance of a supportive environment. We offer a competitive starting wage of $22.25 per hour, with the potential to earn $23.25 per hour through a $1.00 per hour safety and quality bonus. We also provide frequent wage increases and bonus opportunities, along with a Tuition Reimbursement Program up to $5,250. Our shifts conveniently start at 10:30 AM, allowing for a flexible morning routine. We dispatch from our newest and best warehouse, DKS3, located at 10800 Mill Creek Rd, Olathe, KS 66061 (though it's in Lenexa). We offer a 401K plan with employer matching contributions. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age
Have a valid driver’s license
Deliver amazing customer experiences each and every time
Be a self-starter who can problem solve and make sound decisions
Operate delivery vehicles safely
Use a hand-held device for routing and customer delivery information
Navigate a variety of routes throughout our delivery area
Drive and work in varying weather conditions
Walk upstairs throughout the shift and get in and out of a vehicle
Be eligible to work in the United States
Give consent for a pre-employment screenings
Be RELIABLE

Nice To Haves

Ask about what part of town you will be delivering in. Some of the routes are in rough neighborhoods. We have great suburban and rural routes in Lee’s Summit, Raymore, Belton, Peculiar, etc.

Though we aim to offer fixed work schedules, delivery drivers must have some degree of flexibility, particularly during Prime Week and during the holiday season.

Responsibilities

Operate in a fast-paced environment where the safe and swift delivery of packages is critical
Deliver top-notch customer experiences
Handle 250+ packages per day
Work independently while equipped with all the resources necessary to be successful
Load delivery vans with accuracy and efficiency
Lift packages up to 50 lbs
Maintain their enthusiasm for the ever-expanding logistics industry
