About The Position
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Developer with strong AWS Cloud and Contact Center development experience.
Requirements
- 7+ years of AWS Cloud / Enterprise experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Amazon Connect experience
- Strong experience with IVR, ACD, Call Routing & Skill-Based Routing
- Development experience with Node.js, Python, or Java
- AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, Kinesis, SNS, EventBridge
- Excellent communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Chatbots, NLP, or Conversational AI preferred
- Federal Government experience is preferred.
