We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Marketplace Specialist to own and scale our marketplace presence. This role will be responsible for managing product listings, advertising campaigns, and our FBA operations, while working closely with leadership to expand into new marketplaces and drive revenue growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both the operational and strategic sides of marketplace selling. How you will contribute: Own day-to-day management of marketplace accounts (primarily Amazon, including FBA). This includes daily marketplace tasks such as inventory management, pricing updates and tracking number uploads. Create, optimize, and manage product listings (SEO, keywords, titles, bullets, A+ content). Perform keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve product visibility and organic search performance. Partner with Divisional marketers to develop content, as well as use AI resources to supplement or enhance existing content. Monitor listing health, suppressions, and compliance issues. Work through compliance needs to maintain account health. Analyze sales, traffic, conversions and advertising KPIs to identify growth opportunities and recommend optimization Manage Amazon brand storefront, including homepage content, navigation, category maintenance. Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon ad campaigns - primarily Sponsored Product Ads. Partner with divisional stakeholders to manage advertising budgets and drive efficient A/S. Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for growth - make recommendations to Divisions on ad opportunities. Test and scale new advertising strategies such as Sponsored Display and Sponsored Brands. Work closely with the creative team to develop content if needed, or use AI resources to supplement or enhance existing content. Partner with Divisions to manage FBA inventory planning and forecasting. Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations FBA opportunities. Create shipments in Seller Central, coordinate shipment prep with 3rd party logistics, and monitor shipment delivery. Investigate any issues or lost inventory. Maintaining reporting on sell-through rates, profitability, and overall FBA performance. Research and evaluate new marketplace opportunities (e.g., Walmart, eBay, Target Plus, international Amazon markets, etc.) Develop and execute marketplace launch strategies, including technology integrations Plan and implement FBA promotional activities, including Lightning Deals, Prime Day, and Black Friday events Work directly with leadership to define growth goals and expansion plans Stay up to date with marketplace trends, algorithm changes, marketplace best practices, and opportunities What you will bring and skills that excite us: Bachelors degree – Liberal Arts or Business 3+ years of experience working within Amazon Seller Central. Experience expanding into additional marketplaces is a plus, as is experience using Rithum (formerly Channel Advisor) Excellent computer skills – both MAC/PC - Word, Excel Good problem solving skills and independent decision making Must be able to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – must interact with all departments at levels within the organization 3+ years of experience working within Amazon Seller Central. Experience expanding into additional marketplaces is a plus, as is experience using Rithum (formerly Channel Advisor) Strong experience with paid campaign management Proven track record of growing marketplace revenue Experience launching products and optimizing listings for SEO Strong analytical skills (comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities Self-starter who can take ownership and drive result Familiarity with emerging AI-based technologies.
