About The Position

Sophos is seeking a Channel Marketing Specialist to join our North America channel marketing team. At Sophos, we put partners at the center of how we go to market, and this role plays an important part in supporting programs that help our reseller partners, MSPs, and MSSPs drive growth while protecting customers from today’s evolving cyber threats. This is an execution-focused, hands-on role that supports channel marketing initiatives across the U.S. and Canada. You’ll work closely with Channel Marketing Managers, Channel Sales, Field Marketing, and cross-functional teams to coordinate webinars, partner communications, events, and demand generation programs that drive engagement and pipeline. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. Success in this position looks like well-executed programs, seamless coordination, strong internal collaboration, and measurable support of partner-driven pipeline initiatives. Sophos offers a supportive, growth-oriented culture with a strong commitment to learning, collaboration, and internal career development—making this a strong opportunity to build foundational channel marketing expertise in cybersecurity. This role reports to the Director of Channel Marketing, North America.
