This is a part-time position focused on delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with shopping and product location, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. The role involves completing truck unloading and merchandise duties, maintaining store recovery standards, and supporting various operational processes. The team member will also engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer survey, and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Responsibilities include participating in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, performing merchandise recovery and maintenance, and supporting shrink and safety programs. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs is required. The role also involves interacting positively with others, promoting company values, and potentially being cross-trained in Custom Framing. Other duties may be assigned.
