About The Position
Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking an AM Ravello Cook 3 to provide culinary support in our breakfast and Italian restaurant, Ravello. Requirements
- Attention to detail, good communication skills
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, large team environment
- Flexible and available when extensive work hours are required
- At least 1 year of culinary experience
- A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
- Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
- High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
- Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.

- A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Primarily work with cold items, and overall preparation organization
- Flexible in being cross trained in other outlets, and work within the hot station (I.e. meat temperatures, cooking eggs, chicken, sausage, and bacon in depth prep of warm items, etc.)
- Maintain a clean, and organized workstation
- Mainly work as a breakfast ‘short-order’ cook, specializing in cooking hot breakfast items in a quick, efficient, and quality manner
- Able to juggle several items without allowing the quality of service and dishes to suffer
