This role is perfect for someone who can make smart editorial decisions under pressure, balance breaking news with engaging lifestyle and community content, and work closely with our anchors to create a conversational, personality-driven broadcast that connects with viewers. We're looking for a producer who understands how to weave impactful journalism into an engaging morning format. Someone who can identify stories that matter, provide context, and create opportunities for authentic conversations that reflect the communities we serve. If you have strong news judgment, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to build an informative, energetic, and engaging morning show, we want you on our team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
Fluency in English
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Minimum two years’ experience in news operations (Depending on market size)
Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners and other office equipment
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexibility to work any shift
