About The Position

The Country Club at DC Ranch is seeking an experienced Full-Time AM Line Cook to join their culinary team. This role is based primarily in the main clubhouse kitchen and is ideal for a motivated culinary professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, creativity, and hospitality excellence. The position involves delivering an exceptional culinary experience for members and guests, working alongside a leadership team committed to elevating service and cuisine. Requirements

• Must have current AZ Food Handler’s Card
• Minimum 2-5 years of kitchen experience at a luxury property or private country club required
• Grill and Sauté experience is required
• Weekend (Saturday/Sunday) availability is required

• Open availability is a plus (AM, Weekday, Weekend, Holidays except Christmas)
