About The Position

Green Mountain Electric Supply is seeking a Full-Time early morning Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate for its rapidly expanding Electrical Supplies business at the Albany, NY branch. This position involves a combination of driving and warehouse duties, including picking, checking, verifying orders, loading trucks, and putting stock away. Start times are between 3 AM and 7 AM.

Requirements

Valid driver's license
Clean motor vehicle record
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally reach above head while holding items up to 50 lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
Ability to pass a DOT physical.
Must have a personal cell phone for occasional use.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Highly motivated individual that learns quickly, is self-driven, and pays attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Experience driving a 26' box truck is preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive a truck or automobile over an established route to deliver electrical supplies.
Assist with daily tasks including picking, checking, and verifying orders.
Load trucks.
Put stock away.
