The AM Comp Attendant is responsible for preparing, presenting, and maintaining the complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception. This role involves ensuring cleanliness, stocking, and guest readiness of service areas, buffets, tables, and equipment. The attendant will greet guests warmly, handle inquiries professionally, and assist with various tasks including light food preparation, restocking, bussing tables, and supporting bar/service areas. Adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, monitoring food quality and storage, and effective communication during shift changes are crucial. The position also requires following all safety, security, and company policies.
