About The Position

The AM Busperson will be responsible for assisting the Server in providing quality food and beverage service to guests, according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently. This role also involves maintaining the cleanliness of tables, service areas, and equipment, as well as stocking all necessary wares and equipment for service. The AM Busperson must ensure compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department, and maintain food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications. Communication with the General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors, and Staff is also a key part of this role. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Previous guest relations and/or training.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
