About The Position

We are looking to add AM Breakfast Servers to our team. The ideal candidate provides friendly, attentive and professional food and beverage service to guests in a relaxed upscale coastal environment. This role focuses on creating a memorable dining experience by delivering prompt service, expert menu knowledge and personalized attention while maintaining the resorts hospitality standards. Requirements

Previous experience a plus
Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional friendly tone
Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following our SOP’s
Willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
Complete all opening side work to prepare yourself for the shift
Complete all closing side work at end of shift
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
Follow all policies and procedures
Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance
Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work, and clocking in only after being in full uniform
Maintains cleanliness of all dining and patio areas
