About The Position
Working alongside key members of the Food and Beverage Management Team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking an AM Bartender for the Club Bar who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality. Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience in a 5-Star or luxury environment as a Bartender.
- Availability to work mornings, Full Time.
- Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Certification.
- Able to learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information.
- Flexible schedule and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
- US work authorization.
Nice To Haves
- Level one Sommelier certification or Mixology degree a plus
Responsibilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Provides exceptional service for all guests and work to build relationships with returning guests.
- Makes suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages to include liquors and wines as well as knowledge of proper cocktail preparation techniques.
