This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. We are a team of collaborators, doers, and problem-solvers who are relentlessly committed to a culture of safety. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable space flight. Join us in lowering the cost of access to space and enabling Blue Origin's vision of millions of people living and working in space to benefit Earth. As part of a small, hardworking, and accomplished team of specialists, you will support the translation of engineering intent, drawings, and configurations into additively manufactured metallic flight hardware. This involves learning about design for additive manufacturing, assisting with creation of print models, supporting the manufacturing process, tracking work orders, and helping address manufacturing issues. You will work closely with operators, quality technicians, and engineering counterparts to support the processing of complex rocket engine and rocket components (i.e. thrust chambers, injectors, turbo pumps, etc). As an integral member of the team, you will learn to use data to drive process improvements and serve as a feedback loop between design and fabrication.
