About The Position
API Heat Transfer is looking for people who enjoy being part of a transformation. JOIN OUR TEAM AS AN ALUMINUM MIG & TIG WELDER! We’re looking for an experienced 2nd Shift Aluminum MIG & TIG Welder to join our dynamic team and help build high-performance heat transfer products, including condensers and cooling units. Requirements
- 2+ years of aluminum MIG & TIG welding experience
- Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Welding certification preferred (e.g., AWS D1.2)
Responsibilities
- Weld aluminum components using MIG and TIG techniques with accuracy and consistency
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Set up and operate welding equipment and tools
- Inspect welds for quality and compliance
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Support continuous improvement in welding processes
