About The Position

Join Wells Fargo’s Enterprise Infrastructure team as an Alteryx Admin, responsible for managing and modernizing our enterprise Alteryx platform. In this high-impact position, you’ll ensure platform stability, security, and compliance while supporting upgrades, migrations, and user enablement. This is a long-term opportunity with a clear career path to Infrastructure Engineer 4. Collaborate in a hybrid environment, working closely with both US and India-based teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in software engineering or related technical roles.
  • Proven Windows Server installation, maintenance, and patching experience.
  • Hands-on Alteryx Admin experience in enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency in Batch and PowerShell scripting, Alteryx Swagger API.
  • Experience with multi-node architecture and load balancer setup.
  • Working knowledge of DNS, SSL/TLS, and security remediation.
  • Ability to manage MongoDB and SQL Server environments.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or similar incident/change management frameworks.

Nice To Haves

  • Alteryx Core and Server Admin Certification.
  • Alteryx workflow deployment and gallery administration.
  • Python development and REST API integration.
  • CI/CD pipeline setup, GitHub usage, GCP fundamentals.
  • Kanban methodology exposure.
  • Driver setup on Windows/Linux.
  • Server migration project experience.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, patch, and monitor Alteryx multi-node server environments for optimal uptime and performance.
  • Lead Alteryx platform upgrades, license renewals, SSL certificate management, and MongoDB instance merges.
  • Plan and execute data center migrations to next-generation facilities.
  • Remediate security vulnerabilities and maintain secure authentication credentials.
  • Integrate password vaults and automate environment setup where feasible.
  • Manage installation and configuration of drivers/connectors across SDLC stages.
  • Deliver Level 2 user support, optimize workflows, and enhance monitoring scripts.
  • Generate comprehensive licensing reports and maintain accurate process documentation.
