About The Position

SRC Electrical is a Remanufacturing Solutions Provider focused on working closely with Original Equipment Manufacturers to build successful rotating electrical and electronic offerings. This position will perform non-routine close tolerance production duties in the packaging area. Operators also perform minor machine set-ups, general maintenance, and area housekeeping. This position will require decisions determining the quality of the products and services being offered. Physical effort requirements consist of regular lifting, pushing and pulling material.

Requirements

Ability to use torque tools and pallet jack for lifting equipment.
Ability to move finished goods into packaging units (from standing position to skid level).
Ability to perform final inspection.
Ability to match final hardware and information tags with products.
Ability to follow safety standards.
Ability to wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.
Exemplary work attendance.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a packaging area.
Experience with minor machine set-ups.

Understanding of Open Book Management principles.
