About The Position

The candidate will be responsible for onboarding new business. This includes new clients and organic growth. The candidate will gather legal documentation and follow key controls to ensure onboarding is executed in adherence to key controls. The candidate will be the gate keeper for all new client connections for trade file mapping for Caliber in-take and maintenance of BAU trade capture mapping. The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Global Services (SSGS). Requirements

Degree in Accounting or Finance or Business-related area (minimum 2.2 honors degree
IT Literate
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly numerate
Ability to perform effectively within strict client deadlines.
Knowledge of some/all of the following products: Equity, Futures, Options, Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives (IRS, CDS, TRS, etc.)

Responsibilities

Gather legal documentation and follow onboarding controls to setup new business in core Caliber applications. Attention to detail is imperative.
Liaise with PMO’s, clients, and Middle Office teams
Ensure business standards and client deadlines are met on a consistent basis.
Escalate client issues where necessary.
Post live check out processing
Tax lot loading
Monitor BAU ticketing queue
Ensuring all trade capture mapping is maintained for straight through processing for trade in-take.
Maintain trade capture specifications in all formats.
Liaise with other departments in an effective manner.
Provide/seek regular feedback to team leader.
