Alternative Family Living Provider (AFL Provider)
About The Position
Natural Support Services is seeking compassionate Alternative Family Living (AFL) Providers to open their home and provide a supportive living environment for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. AFL Providers offer daily support, supervision, and guidance to help individuals live as independently as possible while maintaining a safe and stable home environment. Support includes assistance with daily living activities, community integration, skill development, and following the individual's Person Centered Plan (PCP). Natural Support Services provides ongoing training, oversight, and support to AFL Providers.
Requirements
- Must have a safe and stable home environment.
- Ability to provide daily supervision and support.
- Ability to pass background checks.
- Willingness to complete required training.
- Ability to support individuals with developmental or behavioral needs.
