We deliver solutions that help our nation and allies defend freedoms and deter aggression, creating a safer, more secure world. The Alternate Missions and Space (AMS) team is in the midst of launching a new program that builds directly on the success of a highly acclaimed demonstration effort. To position this new Raytheon franchise program for long‑term excellence, we are seeking a Program Integrator to partner with the Program Manager in establishing a culture of Earned Value Management rigor and discipline. In this role, you will report directly to the Program Manager and develop strategies and best practices that elevate Earned Value Management across a high‑performing team. You will design and implement new tools to help CAMs track planned work, improve BEI metrics, and reduce the frequency of BCRs. You will work closely with CAMs to maintain adherence to baseline labor and material budgets, enabling predictable performance and accountability to plan. This position also works with the program R&O Manager to ensure risk mitigation activities are executed on time and on budget, and that measurable reductions in program risk are achieved. Additionally, you will help strengthen coordination between Supply Chain and CAMs to improve status reporting accuracy and maintain alignment to material budgets. Beyond EVM, you will support the Program Manager in daily program execution, including preparation for customer engagements and briefings to senior military leaders on program capabilities. This role offers a clear path for advancement and has strong potential to grow into a Deputy Program Manager position based on performance, career goals, and overall program expansion.
