Préposé(e), Atelier des Retouches Pour ce faire, le/la préposé(e) aux retouches doit ajuster, épingler, marquer et retoucher les vêtements selon les spécifications des clients . Les responsabilités spécifiques comprennent ce qui suit, sans toutefois s’y limiter : Prend les mesures des clients afin de déterminer l’ampleur du travail Épingle et marque les vêtements de façon appropriée selon le type d’étoffe et s’assure de corriger l’ajustement Effectue les retouches des vêtements épinglés et marqués selon les normes techniques les plus élevées Remet les vêtements terminés à la date promise ou avant Informe le client des frais de retouches appropriés, conformément à la liste des frais en vigueur Confirme et communique la date promise d’achèvement des retouches Collabore professionnellement avec les conseillers à la vente pour satisfaire les clients Offre des conseils d’expert en matière de coupe et d’ajustement Remplit les sections appropriées sur l’étiquette de retouches Respecte la liste de prix de Holt Renfrew Informe le/la directeur(trice) du rayon des réapprovisionnements requis ou de tout équipement nécessitant des réparations Participe à conserver l’atelier propre et bien rangé Observe toutes les politiques et exigences en matière de santé et sécurité Le(la) candidat(e) idéale) possède : Une formation technique en retouche ou en couture, ou l’équivalent Deux (2) années d’expérience à un rôle similaire De l’expérience antérieure en retouche d’articles de luxe Une bonne capacité à communiquer aisément et clairement en anglais et (ou) en français L’évaluation du succès : Contribution aux objectifs financiers Objectifs individuels liés à la réalisation des objectifs du service Rétroactions des clients internes et externes Holt Renfrew is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Requirements

• Technical training in alteration or sewing, or equivalent
• Two (2) years of experience in a similar role
• Previous experience in altering luxury items
• Ability to communicate easily and clearly in English and (or) French

Responsibilities

• Takes customer measurements to determine extent of work
• Pins and marks garments appropriately according to fabric type and ensures correct fit
• Alters pinned and marked garments to the highest technical standards
• Returns completed garments on or before the promised date
• Informs customer of appropriate alteration charges, according to current fee schedule
• Confirms and communicates promised date of completion of alterations
• Collaborates professionally with sales consultants to satisfy customers
• Offers expert advice on fit and fit
• Completes appropriate sections on alteration tag
• Respects Holt Renfrew's price list
• Informs the department manager of required replenishments or any equipment requiring repairs
• Participates in keeping the workshop clean and tidy
• Observes all health and safety policies and requirements
