About The Position

Join NV5 as our ALTA Survey Project Reviewer and play a key role in delivering accurate, client-ready survey and zoning reports. You’ll manage first-draft reviews, coordinate revisions between clients and field professionals, resolve zoning questions, obtain add-on quotes, and ensure approved final PDFs are delivered on schedule. If you’re detail-oriented, highly organized, and enjoy coordinating multiple stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment, this is an opportunity to make a direct impact on project quality and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will reside in either the Midwest or the East Coast. The working schedule is 9-5 EST. Requirements

AA, AS, or BA degree preferred
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and Excel.

Nice To Haves

GNet project management software experience
Previous experience in surveying, project mapping review, commercial real estate review, or a related field is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Reviews all 1st draft surveys – 1st draft reviews should be completed within 2 business days of receipt.
Saves and responds to all client comments/revision requests. Processes to Field Professionals
Sends zoning reports to the surveyor when received with 1st draft Review Comments
Will address any zoning-related questions or revision requests with the appropriate analyst.
Saves and logs revised drafts of survey and zoning and distributes them to the client.
Requests quotes from surveyors/zoning for add-on work.
Requests, saves, and distributes final S&S survey PDFs when approved by the client.
Works closely with internal teams (Survey, Real Estate Transaction and other divisions)
