In this role, you will work with various State Street teams to support middle office services and processing. The position will interface daily with the client’s investment operations and act as a subject matter expert and escalation point. Position has daily Client SLAs, must ensure that communication to the client is timely and accurate and ensure client escalations are resolved within the client’s expectations. This role is important to us as it will interact and provide support to numerous teams and departments within the organization, including Portfolio Services, Trade Settlement, Performance, Reconciliation and others, and act as a subject matter expert for Middle Office. Builds cooperative and professional internal/external relationships and utilizes all available resources throughout the organization to achieve company, team, and client goals.
