Requirements

Experience supporting children or young people with additional learning needs
A calm, caring and flexible approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness for us to process one)
Right to work in the UK and currently based here
Valid ID documents
Two strong references

Responsibilities

Working with pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
Providing 1:1 or small group support tailored to help every child shine.
Helping the teacher manage the classroom and promoting a calm, positive environment.
Helping learners make progress and believe in themselves.
Collaborating with teachers, ALNCOs, and external pros to get the best outcomes for the children.
Upholding the highest standards of pupil wellbeing.
