This position is responsible for repairing and refinishing damaged alloy wheels at our facility and on-site at partner locations. No prior wheel repair experience required—we provide paid, hands-on training to set you up for success. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a skilled trade with strong earning potential and growth.

Requirements

Self-starter who takes ownership of their route and results

Clean driving record and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Inspect wheels for bends, cracks, curb damage, and cosmetic issues
Perform wheel straightening and cosmetic repairs
Prep, refinish, and paint wheels to match OEM standards
Maintain accurate and complete work records, including repair details, photos, materials used, invoicing, and timely status updates to support billing accuracy and workflow efficiency
Travel to shop locations, dealerships, and customer sites to perform wheel repairs, and prepare quotes and invoices
