About The Position

This role is responsible for various tasks related to the deployment and inspection of materials, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The position involves understanding and implementing safety protocols, managing waste, and maintaining material safety data sheets. The employee will be required to stand for long periods, perform physically demanding tasks, and possess strong visual acuity. Mathematical, reasoning, and computer skills are essential, along with proficiency in the encapsulation process and production management. The role also requires good leadership, communication, and training abilities.

Requirements

Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.
1 to 3 years manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
The employee is regularly required o stand for long periods.
Duties include turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Ability to pass static strength requirements (grip)
Visual acuity including, but not limited to: NEAR ACUITY, FAR ACUITY, DEPTH PERCEPTION, COLOR VISION, FIELD OF VISION.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
COMPUTER SKILLS - Knowledge of and familiarity manufacturing software.
Proficient on encapsulation process, equipment and quality requirements
Ability of analyzing and solving problems
Familiar with production cost management and control
Production management knowledge and ability
Good leadership, communication, coordination and organization ability
good training ability, train and improve workers ability, encourage and constrain workers effecively.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Responsible to supervisor, follow the order of supervisor and be responsible to the training of new employees
Responsible for the deployment of the preparatory work, check the document and report to shift leader or supervisor when you find anything wrong
100% inspect the glass and be responsible for quality of shipped glass
Control the expiration date open primer
Actively understand the environmental factors, risk sources and their control methods
Implement the relevant documents of the comprehensive management system
Storing position wastes by categories
Familiar with post material safety data sheets and emergency response measures
Understand the material safety data sheet and its emergency response measures
Other duties as assigned
