About The Position

Growth Signals is hiring an Alliance Support professional to help build and run our partner ecosystem. This role supports alliance and partnership engagement through coordination, enablement, and clear communication—ensuring partners have what they need to collaborate effectively and that internal teams stay aligned on partner priorities. In this role, you will support partner onboarding, maintain partner-facing materials, track alliance deliverables, and help drive co-marketing and partner communications. You will work closely with Growth, Sales, Delivery, and external partners to ensure partner engagement activities are accurate, timely, and aligned with Growth Signals’ positioning and business goals.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in partnerships/alliance support, partner operations, customer success operations, program coordination, or related roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to produce clear partner communications and enablement materials.
  • Experience supporting partnerships, alliances, or external stakeholder initiatives (onboarding, enablement, co-marketing, or joint delivery coordination).
  • Ability to synthesize inputs from multiple stakeholders into concise messaging, summaries, and action plans.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple partner workstreams, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Growth, Sales, Product, or Delivery teams to support partner goals.
  • Comfortable communicating with external partners and internal leadership; confident facilitating follow-ups and driving clarity.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments with evolving partner priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in consulting, professional services, SaaS, or B2B environments working with strategic partners.
  • Familiarity with alliance, channel, or ecosystem partnership models (referral, reseller, services, or technology partners).
  • Experience supporting co-marketing motions (joint webinars/events, partner announcements, and shared collateral workflows).
  • Background in early-stage or high-growth organizations with lean operating models.
  • Experience managing shared deliverables with external teams (partners, agencies, or contractors) and keeping workstreams on track.

Responsibilities

  • Support Growth Signals’ alliance and partnership initiatives through day-to-day coordination, enablement, and communication.
  • Coordinate partner-related assets, announcements, and co-marketing activities in collaboration with internal stakeholders and partner teams.
  • Assist with onboarding new alliance partners by preparing partner enablement materials and standard messaging.
  • Develop, organize, and maintain partner-facing assets such as presentations, one-pagers, briefs, and periodic updates.
  • Track alliance deliverables, timelines, and engagement activities to ensure follow-through and clear ownership.
  • Support consistent, professional communication with external partners (meeting follow-ups, status updates, and coordination notes).
