About The Position

This role offers a unique opportunity to serve as the technical lead for strategic partnerships, blending solution engineering, technical evangelism, and hands-on development. You will work closely with top-tier partners to shape solution designs, deliver impactful demonstrations, and drive platform adoption at scale. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will influence technical strategies, develop proof-of-concepts, and translate partner feedback into actionable insights. This position requires a blend of deep technical expertise, executive presence, and strong collaboration skills across alliances, product, and engineering teams. You will represent the platform with clarity and authority, fostering long-term partner success. Occasional travel may be required to meet partners and participate in workshops or collaborative sessions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical pre-sales, ideally with partner-facing responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of leading technical strategy with ISVs, enterprise partners, or system integrators.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and executive-level engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
  • Hands-on technical experience in building solutions, demos, or proof-of-concepts.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical relationship with strategic partners, from initial scoping through solution validation.
  • Lead technical workshops, executive presentations, and solution design sessions with partner teams.
  • Develop and guide the creation of proof-of-concepts, demos, and prototypes to accelerate partner adoption.
  • Act as a thought leader and technical evangelist in partner-facing settings.
  • Establish best practices for technical engagement and partner enablement.
  • Translate partner feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate closely with alliances, product, and engineering to ensure technical solutions are scalable and effective.

  • Competitive base salary with on-target earnings: US Zone 1: $184,000–$220,000 OTE/year; Zone 2: $166,000–$200,000 OTE/year.
