Alliances GTM Strategy Manager

Cirrascale Cloud Services
•$160,000 - $180,000

About The Position

Cirrascale is hiring an Alliances GTM Strategy Manager to serve as the growth engine for our partner ecosystem. This role owns the partner experience, enablement, and strategic optimization of our alliances, working in lockstep with Revenue Operations to ensure the operational foundation supports the Alliances GTM strategy. The position involves transforming raw data into actionable insights to drive revenue through hyperscaler, OEM, and GPU platform partners.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years in partner operations, alliances strategy, or GTM strategy, with deep expertise in the 'co-sell' motion (ideally within AI, Cloud Infrastructure, or Neocloud environments).
  • Proven ability to identify which partners to bet on and how to maximize their output, rather than just processing their paperwork.
  • Exceptional ability to work alongside a technical RevOps counterpart, successfully translating alliance-growth goals into technical system requirements.
  • Deep understanding of how to motivate a partner sales organization and navigate complex, multi-party deals (hyperscalers, channel partners, and direct reps).
  • Ability to build a business case for program changes using data, pipeline velocity metrics, and ACV influence, rather than intuition.

Responsibilities

  • Design the end-to-end partner onboarding journey, defining training and certification paths to move partners from 'signed agreement' to 'producing revenue'.
  • Proactively identify stagnant or under-performing partners and create/execute playbooks to re-engage them using data from the RevOps infrastructure.
  • Manage operational requirements for partner enablement, ensuring the Alliances team has the necessary tools and content to certify partners on Cirrascale’s AI infrastructure.
  • Co-develop the strategic framework for the tiered partner program, defining criteria for attainment that RevOps will implement in systems.
  • Analyze which partner investments yield the highest pipeline conversion and provide recommendations for future allocation, in partnership with the RevOps Lead.
  • Build and maintain the business view of alliances, transforming raw CRM data into 'Partner Impact Scorecards' for Quarterly Partner Business Reviews (QPBRs) and influencing partner executive leadership.
  • Act as the internal liaison for partner feedback, identifying process friction points (e.g., deal registration hurdles) and collaborating with RevOps to streamline them.
