About The Position

MedAllergy is seeking a skilled and motivated Allergy Treatment Coordinator to join their growing team in Virginia. This role is ideal for a dedicated medical professional who thrives in a semi-autonomous clinical environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. MedAllergy provides trained allergy staff, personnel training services, and immunotherapy compounding to Otolaryngology and Primary Care practices nationwide. Based in Atlanta and formed in 2012, MedAllergy assists allergy practices to achieve better patient outcomes with its evidence-based Aller-Gen system and eases compliance burdens by providing pharmacy-prepared specific immunotherapy prescriptions. Requirements

• Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) or LPN required
• Minimum of 2–3 years of direct patient care experience in a clinical setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Confident, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in their work and enjoys building relationships with patients
• Proactive self-starter who can operate independently while maintaining a high standard of care
• Personable, driven healthcare professional

Nice To Haves

• Allergy experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform allergy skin prick and intradermal testing
• Prepare and mix allergen immunotherapy vials
• Administer weekly allergy injections in accordance with protocols
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and ensure safety compliance
• Educate patients on treatment plans and expectations
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical standards
