Requirements

Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant with 2+ years of experience in allergy / immunology
Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities
A genuine interest in community-based care and continuity of care

Responsibilities

Care for patients of all ages with a wide range of allergic, asthmatic and immunologic conditions
See approximately 25–30 patients per day
Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Administer and manage immunotherapy (training available if needed)
Provide patient education on triggers, prevention and long-term condition management
Contribute to the continued growth and development of specialty services
