About The Position

A well-established and expanding specialty care group is seeking an Allergy & Nurse Practitioner with Allergy & Immunology experience to join a collaborative, patient-focused team in a rapidly growing Southern California community. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a high-demand setting with the support and infrastructure needed to build a thriving, long-term practice. In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat a broad range of allergic and immunologic conditions, including asthma, environmental allergies, food allergies and immune disorders. You’ll work alongside experienced clinical staff in a modern, well-organized practice designed to optimize both patient flow and provider efficiency. With increasing demand for allergy services in the region and a strong referral base, you’ll have the ability to quickly establish a full schedule. The practice also offers the flexibility to shape your clinical focus while collaborating with a network of providers committed to delivering coordinated, high-quality care.

Requirements

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Experience in Allergy & Immunology care
A patient-centered approach to allergy and asthma care
Interest in working within a collaborative, team-driven environment
Strong communication skills and a positive, adaptable mindset
Motivation to grow within a stable and forward-thinking organization
