About The Position
Schweiger Dermatology & Allergy Group is expanding its Allergy & Immunology division and seeking experienced Allergy & Immunology Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join their team. The goal is to offer allergy services in over 50 clinics by the end of 2026. This role offers a supportive, collaborative care model within a multidisciplinary setting, streamlined immunotherapy support with dedicated coordinators and a shared lab, and flexible placement options across multiple states to support work-life balance. The position offers a competitive compensation package with a bonus structure. Requirements
- Board-Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
- Active state license.
- Experience in Allergy and Immunology.
- Experienced in patient-centered allergy and asthma care.
- Interested in collaborative, integrative care alongside dermatology providers.
- Eager to grow with a forward-thinking organization that values innovation and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in allergy and immunology.
- Work in a multidisciplinary setting alongside experienced dermatologists, nurses, and medical assistants.
- Focus on delivering exceptional patient care without administrative overload.
- Collaborate with immunotherapy coordinators and utilize a shared lab for food and aeroallergen mixing and delivery.
- Provide patient-centered allergy and asthma care.
- Contribute to a forward-thinking organization that values innovation and teamwork.
- Deliver outstanding patient experiences with empathy and expertise.
- Utilize strong clinical judgment and a collaborative spirit.
