About The Position

Schweiger is expanding its Allergy & Immunology division and is seeking experienced Allergy & Immunology Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of collaborative specialty care within a supportive organization. The position is designed to allow providers to focus on patient care with streamlined immunotherapy support and flexible scheduling. Schweiger aims to offer allergy services in over 50 clinics by the end of 2026.

Requirements

  • Board-Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
  • Active state license
  • Experience in Allergy and Immunology
  • Experienced in patient-centered allergy and asthma care
  • Interested in collaborative, integrative care alongside dermatology providers
  • Eager to grow with a forward-thinking organization that values innovation and teamwork

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Focus on patient-centered allergy and asthma care.
  • Collaborate with experienced dermatologists, nurses, and medical assistants.
  • Utilize streamlined immunotherapy support, including dedicated immunotherapy coordinators and a shared lab for food and aeroallergen mixing and delivery.
  • Contribute to a multidisciplinary setting.
  • Bring strong clinical judgment and a collaborative spirit.
  • Communicate clearly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
  • Inspire others through mentorship and leadership (for those in management or training roles).
