About The Position

Schweiger Dermatology & Allergy Group is expanding its Allergy & Immunology division to deliver more comprehensive, integrated care across its growing network. The goal is to offer allergy services in over 50 clinics by the end of 2026. They are seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Allergists to join their team and shape the future of collaborative specialty care within a proven, supportive organization. The role involves working in a multidisciplinary setting alongside experienced dermatologists, nurses, and medical assistants, with dedicated immunotherapy coordinators and a shared lab for food and aeroallergen mixing and delivery. Opportunities are available across multiple states with flexible placement to match preferred regions and schedules, supporting a strong work-life balance. Requirements

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Allergy and Immunology.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert allergy and immunology care.
  • Work in a multidisciplinary setting alongside dermatologists, nurses, and medical assistants.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional patient care without administrative overload.
  • Utilize streamlined immunotherapy support, including dedicated immunotherapy coordinators and a shared lab for food and aeroallergen mixing and delivery.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Allergy & Immunology division.
  • Provide patient-centered allergy and asthma care.
  • Communicate clearly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
  • Inspire others through mentorship and leadership (for those in management or training roles).
